Good Day to You All,

It is starting to get cold up here in the North East.  I hope that we are not hit with record breaking snow fall.  Keeping my fingers crossed.  As for me, I doing better.  Baby steps.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel.  I can see it however, I am not there.  Thanks so much to my family for all of the support.  Happy thoughts, Positive thoughts, Daily goal settings.  Currently there is a formation of a smile on my face.  Meds are working.  Taking it easy has help greatly.
